Guatemala had two friendly matches recently against Panama for preparation to UNCAF Nations Cup. Both matches were in Panama city and Guatemala lost two matches with score differences like 0-2 and 0-3. It wasn’t promising for Guatemala but we can call it “it’s just friendly match”. Guatemala National Football Team players are generally playing in local leagues. Head Coach especially called players from C.S.D Municipal.
Nicaragua is one of the weakest team in Central America. Their performance wasn’t promising in 2012 and I don’t think it will change in 2013. Nicaraguan players are generally playing in local league clubs. They have a few players who are playing in Angola, Venezuela and Brazil but they are not very quality players.
