Slovenia National Football Team has joined Euro Cup tournament before but they couldn’t do more then it. They had quite bad performance in WQ group. They could just win only one match and they have lost rest of group matches. They have beaten Cyprus, They have lost against Albania, Norway, Switzerland in group. Head coach Srečko Katanec is trying to rebuild Slovenia squad but I think he needs time to do it. It will be a good preparation match for both side. Tim Matavž from PSV, Josip Iličić from Palermo, Branko Ilič from Anorthosis, Samir Handanovič from Inter Milan will be in squad against Bosnia.
Bosnia National Football Team had decent performance in WQ group and I believe that they will qualify World Cup 2014 at the end of year. I don’t think that other teams (in group) are better then Bosnia at the moment. Bosnia have beaten Lithuania with 3-0 , Liechstenstein 8-1, Latvia 4-1. They got a draw against Greece 0-0. They hold leader position in the group now. Bosnia’s head coach Safet Sušić hadn’t called-up a few important players for this match. Mensur Mujdža from Freiburg, Zvjezdan Misimović, Elvir Rahimić from CSKA Moscow, Sejad Salihović from Hoffenheim won’t be in squad against Slovenia. Emir Spahić, Miralem Pjanić, Edin Džeko and Vedad Ibišević will be in squad against Slovenia.
